What is The Broussard Enterprise Group, LLC?
The Broussard Enterprise Group, LLC is a small business management and development firm that comprises of two separate entities. The two entities under the group are Beads by Brentley, a handmade jewelry design brand and Acadiana Vanguard Institute for Youth Development, a nonprofit organization specializing in teaching youths ages 10-18 life skills, 1-on-1 mentoring, financial literacy, mental health education and college preparation.
The Broussard Enterprise Group, LLC also provides coaching consultations in both life and business coaching. The Life Coaching consultations will include tools to help clients find their greatness within themselves, as well as tools to help with developing skills to unlock their potential. The Entrepreneurship and Business Coaching sessions with help business owners and entrepreneurs develop their prospective business ideas by assisting with filing correct necessary business documents with the Secretary of the State and any necessary city permits for the business. The Entrepreneurship and Business Coaching sessions will also assist in developing a business plan for the business and connecting business owners with a strong network to assist them along the journey of entrepreneurship.
About our CEO/Founder
Our Chief Executive Officer/Founder, Brent P. Broussard, is a Lafayette, Louisiana native, but has also lived in Baton Rouge for a number of years before returning to Lafayette. After spending more than a decade in the sales industry, Brent began the entrepreneurial journey to fulfill his true passion, mentoring the next generation and assisting entrepreneurs with building their business ideas. Brent holds certifications in Life, Entrepreneurship and Business Coaching from the Transformation Academy.
In addition to embarking on the entrepreneurial journey, Brent is an active member of the Lafayette community. Brent is a founding member of the NHS Viking Alumni Association. Brent is a member of the 100 Black Men of Greater Lafayette, Inc.,where he sits on the Education and Building committees. Brent is a volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Acadiana as well as a member of the Board of Directors. Brent is also a volunteer instructor for local nonprofit organization Legacy Institute for Economic Attainment. Brent is a volunteer mentor for Junior Achievement of Acadiana in their Mentoring Men program with local high schools within Lafayette Parish. Brent is a 2023 graduate of Leadership Institute of Acadiana Leadership Lafayette Class XXXVI(36). Brent is also a member of the705, a young professionals group in Lafayette, LA.
